Ingredients
    For the Dough:
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)
  • For the Filling (Beef Option):
  • 300 g ground beef (or chicken)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, minced (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking

    In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

    Add egg and softened butter to the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour and salt. Knead the dough for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

    In a skillet, heat oil and sauté onions, garlic, and green chili. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Mix in ginger, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook until the filling is dry. Stir in chopped cilantro. Let it cool.
