Buldak Carbonara Ramen Recipe: A Spicy & Creamy Delight

Ingredients
    1 pack of Samyang Buldak Carbonara Ramen
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish)
Instructions

    Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

    Add the Buldak Carbonara Ramen noodles and cook for about 3 minutes.

    Drain most of the water, leaving about 3-4 tablespoons to help blend the sauce.
